I need an Android app. I would like it designed and built. Features needed: 1. Users will register and place a bet on numbers from 0 to 9. He can bet for any amount within a range(I will give you the range). 2. He will add money to his wallet, and can play this lucky draw wallet balance is more than or equal to the bet amount. 3. I need a web panel from where I can mark a winner among these numbers. 4. Winners will be displayed on a screen of the app, called as "Winners". 5. Each winner will get 10 times of his bet amount. 6. As soon as we announce the winner, his wallet will be credited with the winning amount, he can request a withdrawal of this amount or any lesser amount than his wallet balance. We will send him the money by bank transfer or paytm, whatever he selects while withdrawing funds. This will work on a daily basis. So each day I will have betting done and I will announce the winner each day as well. Please let me know if you can do it and we can discuss further.
