Need a simple site for users to login and see their files.

Workflow: I have multiple users that need to see a set of pictures, PDFs, and Plain text files on a daily basis. Each user has different pictures ONLY they can view. I email the pictures to individual users daily and I'm looking to have a simple website they can login to with a user ID and password that way each user can see only his/her files and also be able to click on a button to download all those pictures in a zipped file. The site will be accessible with a static public IP and self-signed certificate for the HTTPS port. I'm only looking for a professional that uses best coding and security practices, some of the expectations: - Code needs to be well organized and written and clearly commented out - If need to use any frameworks or CMS, must use a well supported and up to date one, such as Laravel or CodeIgniter - Site needs to work on different screen sizes - It needs to have a solid Bot prevention, set a password complicity, and a CAPTCHA - Session logs you out in 5 minute when it's not active - No flashy GUI and colors, I'm looking for something very simple and clean Soft-skills: - Must have good communication skills and keep me up to date on what stage are we in - Must not over promise, if you think it will take 3 days tell me it will take 5 - Must test the code on your own server before handing it out I'm easy to work with and if you have any questions please let me know.
