Need a Visual Basic Excel tool that can scrape specific information and format

I need a tool designed that can scrape data (specifications) from [login to view URL]
and fill in the information on the attached file - everything that can be retrieved from there.
Ideal scenario is user will be able to put several part #s in the excel tool, select "Run" and the specs will be filled out accordingly based on the PCB site info. Please only bid if you are sure you can complete this task.
