companies can offer jobs, users can apply to these jobs.
Admin can see users profile information(education, skills, experiences, etc) and companies offer.
Users can only see jobs that fit to their profile.
for example; if a company need someone with 2Y of experience only users that a match will be able to see this job.
Otherwise if a job is posted for begeners eveyone can see this job even people who are not register to the system,
however they can not apply untill they register.
Important catagories to match jobs and users will be:
2- Work area - field of job and major for both to be matched
3- Experience level - devided by 3 types
a- 0-3 Months will be Beginners
b- 3-1 Year will be intermediate
c- > 1 Year will be expert
* these experiences will be calculated with each Work area the user entered.
* So they might have 2 work areas; IT and PMO and they are expert in PMO but Beginners in IT.
