Online Result Checking System

Here are the main modules in the Students Registration and Results Management Application Suite. 1. Authentication and Payment This module will manage the validation of Scratch Card PINs and ensure that the candidate attached to each PIN is confirmed. 2. Registration This module will cater for the collection of candidate data over the internet through an encrypted Secure Socket Layer. The data collected will be pre-screened so as to reduce the operations carried out by staff. The system will have the ability to decide if minimum requirements have been met for the registration to take place and alert the necessary personnel of the recent operations. 3. Notifications This module will pass the appropriate information when needed to the candidates. It will provide a solution to the problem of crowding the premises with students waiting for some information or the other. 5. Results Administration This module will be used to upload the results and screening outcomes of the examination conducted in the school. The result will be accessible online through the Application Suite online interface and can be received via mail and/or SMS by means of module 3 as detailed above. 6. Scratch Cards PIN and Serials Card Serials and PINS will be generated by the system database algorithm, printed into hard copies and be activated by the purchasing candidate on the web application portal after login (Each scratch card will be valid for 5 time usage) . Scratch Cards may be distributed by the school. 7. Security : No scratch card should work for two serials and student number 8. GUI - Web Interface should carry : Student Name, Student Class, Session (2013/2014 Session) Term (1st, 2nd or 3rd)
