Opencats: store uploaded files as plain files without encryption

Good day. I am using the open source OpenCats application tracking system which lets candidates apply for jobs. Currently when the candidate uploads a resume the file is encrypted and saved inside the attachments directory. What I would like is for the file to be saved in the attachments folder with exactly the same file name with no encryption.
