OsCommerce download option

i need someone to help me to fix a problem with OsCommerce:

I'm a webdesigner and i have a client the sell music on line.

on the online shop you can buy the cds or download the mp3 files.

i can't find the way to take the taxes and the shipping out when you select the download option.

Anyone know how to do it?
