osCommerce Template Integration & Contribution Installations

I have an existing site with my own hosting. I have installed osCommerce and have a template that I would like integrated into it. I would also like all of the newest and best contributions installed on the cart. You must be available to work on this project right away and be able to finish it in a timely manner. I am located in New York City and you must be available for consultations between 9 AM and 3 PM eastern standard time. I don't like having to wait a day when corresponding via e-mail due to time differences.
You must also be available for some questions after the install and integration is complete in regards to getting started with credit card processing. I have experience with previous web stores in ecommerce but have never set up an osCommerce site.
The main scope of the project will be making my template integrate seamlessly into osCommerce.
The site will be for a specialty Italian American food shop.
Please reply only if your portfolio has examples of custom osCommerce sites that include the contributions I have listed above.
Also in your reply please give me the amount of time that you will require to finish this work.
