We use your Perfex CRM as ISO 17025 Lab Management System and have developed some modules such as chemical stocks, devices, and laboratories by ourselves. Apart from these, we want to make some updates to CRM. It is possible to create customers, proposals, estimates, invoices, projects and tasks with this CRM and we want to make some changes in them. We want to do our workflow as follows; customer -> proposals -> estimates -> project -> project tasks -> analysis report -> invoice. Our work is on environmental analysis, so we create proposal/estimates for analysis fees and when the work is accepted by the customer, we create the analysis tasks we have added to the estimates for analyst. After completing the experiments (tasks), the analysts process the test results into the task system and prepare the test reports and deliver them to the customer in return for the invoice. We want to get the output from the word template we use for the proposals, estimates, invoices and experiment reports.
