Personal Assistant - Web Design

Im looking to have single point of contact to help plan/develop/draft contact for a series of very small landing pages (for approximately 6 domains). I have the vision but need a resource for some scheduling/ad sence understanding/google search placement / rss feed integration. If you have the above and are looking for some present your project plan (cradle to grave) i will consider your application. I will be hosting in Canada (where im from) but have access to all standard web mods.
