PHP/JS/AJAX based Form with Finger-Signature (on Tablet) and creation of pdf and send pdf to email.

About: We are a Computer Repair Company. We pick-up the computer from our clients.
What's to do? Target: Our customer fills out a form on tablet from our technician. The customer has to read and agree to our General Conditions. After that, he/she (or our technician itself) fills out a form to collect all relevant data. As a next step, or directly below the form, the customer has to sign directly on the tablet by pen. After clicking "OK", there will be generated a PDF File, which includes the General Conditions, the Form-data and the Signature. This PDF will be sent to the E-Mail-Adress of customer and to our office.
