php forum post extractor

I am search of a good programmer to make me a php script. I want a script that will extract posts from one forum and post them on another. It needs to be able to work with at least phpbb ipb vb maybe smf alien etc. What the script needs to do is take a post from a forum and post it on another so the original post and the replies. The script needs to be able to index different forums -I would type in the url to the forum and a login and password then it should index the different forum sections etc... The script needs some kind of scheduler to tell it when to run and how long etc The design needs to be basic easy to use nothing fancy The script needs some kind of log ti log its activities -preferably a mysql db that not only logs activites but has a db of all the posts made incase some kind of mishappening Needs to be able to extract and update original posters post count account status etc -the script needs to be able to update the original posters info (if a user got banned i want them to show up banned as well) more details to come to whoever bids thank you for your business happy bidding
