I need a web developer with good experience / knowledge in Laravel / PHP to make some improvements (most of them are easy to solve) in a support ticket help desk system which was developed using Laravel PHP. The system is not entirely in English. Some parts are in Portuguese, but this will not affect the programming of the code.
Here are each of the improvements that the developer needs to achieve:
- validation of fields
- include a welcome e-mail when a new user is registered
- redirect to index page when the user completes the registration
- Add user name in the login page.
- Fix page and e-mail to reset password.
- Fix the color and the text of the ticket status button.
- show category column of the tickets
- add priority column of the tickets
- fix hour and data formats
- add hour time to tickets comments.
- add field - created by: username.
MEDIUM(maybe easy for you):
- enable ticket priority and ticket categories based on user perfil account.
- fix the admin page
- Preventing comments on other tickets than those of the user are owner.
