PHP MySQL jQuery website like old.reddit.com

I need someone to design a site similar to Reddit in the style of old.reddit.com. It must have all the essential features of [login to view URL], including voting, nested comments, multiple image posting in a post, posting images in comments, URL rewrite for subs, posts and comments, text formatting in comments and posts, users able to make subs, with basic options including a side bar for rules and links etc, moderation tools, admin tools, a search bar for searching subs and posts and comments. Must have a feed, sortable by best/new/trending/contravercial, as with old.reddit. Measures to prevent spam/bots, including banning by IP / browser fingerprints. Require verified email & phone before posting. Admin (staff) and moderation (user volunteers) tools should include multiple levels of banning people from subs or the site, by variable time bans. Must have admin tools for managing advertisers. Must have advertisers' tools which allow targeting of users by location, and keywords that target users by interests in subs. Mod tools must include ability to moderate multiple subs. Must have premium version for users which removes adverts and gives users coins to buy awards or "trophies" to give to posts or comments. Users must have profiles which show profile of posts and comments, with option for picture and biography. Users must have a settings page with options like show/hide profile posts and comments and other settings. Must have a report feature for posts/comments that break rules. Must have a private messaging feature. Must have an appeal feature for all bans, including escalate to admins for denied appeal mod bans. Mod bans must be done by a vote among mods of that sub. Must be an inbox feature as per [login to view URL] showing replies to posts/comments and messages from mods etc. Must be the ability to block users, and have a friends/follow list that allows their posts/comments to appear in your feed etc. Ability to auto link usernames, subs and URLs in posts and comments. Ability to make link posts. It must be optimised for desktop, tablet and mobile phones. Update: 4th Feb 11:20: Programming needs to be in English. Preferably no frameworks used, aside from jQuery. Must have SEO features so different segments of people can be targeted. To differentiate from Reddit, awards/trophies are to become collectible, so should in some way be displayed on a user's profile to show off. Also, special awards or trophies should exist, to become particularly collectible, which are only offered in certain circumstances such as to early adopters. Awards/trophies should include rarer ones, won by opening trophy selection boxes that can be bought with coins. There should be indications as to how rare or special a trophy is. Users can re-award trophies that they were awarded on a post or comment, once each. If a user gives a trophy away that they were awarded, it does not remove it from "awarded trophies" list To differentiate from Reddit, not only should subs be searchable by keywords, but also be browseable by category / sub category. There must be moderator guidelines. We don't want bullying, misogynism, racism, any other discrimination eg by religion. Or illegal content. No hate of harassment. But mods are expected to behave professionally and with restraint, not creating excessive rules for subs that impact on users' experience. Locking posts, banning, and deleting comments should be done with restraint, but diligently to comply with site wide rules. Silencing/blocking users should not be done by moderators without due cause, and responses to complaints should be listened to. There should be a way of aggregating users' complaints against moderators' decisions so a moderator can be suspended for some time from moderator privileges. We may want to have "super" moderators that manage moderators' privileges by voting on whether a moderator is to have their privileges suspended, or whether a sub's rules are unreasonable.
