PHP E-Pass PDF & QR Fix -- 2

I already have a working PHP-based E-Pass system; the last mile is polishing the PDF and QR output. The codebase relies on mPDF, but the generated file still shows broken alignment and, more importantly, Marathi text falls back to boxes or garbled glyphs. Alongside that, each pass needs a dynamic QR code that embeds the user’s details, the pass validity window, and its unique identifier so it can be scanned on-site or by law-enforcement apps. Here’s what I need from you: • Patch the current mPDF implementation so Marathi (and the existing English) render perfectly in every block, header, and table on the pass. The fix should work in Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and mobile browsers without requiring users to install extra fonts. • Generate and inject a dynamic QR code on the same PDF page. When decoded it must reveal the three data points above in a clean JSON or pipe-delimited string—whichever keeps the payload compact and unambiguous. • Keep file size reasonable and loading times fast by caching fonts and using efficient QR image settings. • Return clean, well-commented PHP so future tweaks—new languages, changed layouts—only touch a couple of lines. Acceptance test: I download a fresh pass, open it on at least two browsers and a phone, see perfectly aligned Marathi text, and scan the QR to retrieve accurate data. If all that checks out, we’re done. Task 1. - Marathi font is not proper in PDF Task 2 – QR Code need to print and after scan it should get verified. Immediately need to fix the issue.
