Need a vendor who can migrate our code from PHP MVC to Python MVC. Its a LAMP based application. The vendor is supposed to have expertise in both PHP and Python and should be well versed with MVC design patters, code smells and anti patterns. People who have worked on Yii or Laravel framework in PHP and Flask and Django in Python are preferred.
