PHP Script to connect to APIs

Hi

I would like a script which connects to the MailChimp API ([url removed, login to view]) and looks for any new unsubscribes on a list, lets say the past 2 days and then connects to the CakeMail API ([url removed, login to view]) and unsubscribes them from the list on there.

This script will be ran via cron job every day.
