I can do this on linux with PHP and mysql, with php and linux commands, fully documented and clean / optimized code. can provide a demo if you provide escrow here. will release source code after escrow clears.

I think it can be done by using some C++ opensource code on both operation systems. Integration of this with PHP/MySQL DB is not an issue. Anyway quality of pdf/doc conversion can not be 100% clean. Can be some misinterpretations that will show ugly plain text.
