Landing page for a PPC Google campaign.
The landing page contains minimal web-design graphics,
a form with 2 text boxes, and a submit button.
On submit - the information will be saved in a database, and there will be an acknowledgment email sent to the submitted mail(notifying that a new record has been added).
An administrator will be able to access the DB, and read it's content. the administrator access will be protected by username and password.
