phpBB version update : 2.0.22 to 3.0.4

Hi all,

I run a phpBB forum and I need to get the version updated. I want to keep the same theme I am using right now. If this work goes well, there will be more to come because we are currently designing a new theme.

We have some plugins installed and we will still need them :

1)Approval some topics by moderators

2)Resize automatically avatars

3)Plugin to put some video in the topics (youtube, dailymotion, vimeo...)

4)Subforums

We will also need to have Google Ads manager installed.
