I am looking for a picture rating website to be done, no copies of existing scripts please ;)

It is a basic picture rating site with all the usual functions.

The site design must be clean, crisp and professional.

Once the basic site has been done, the winning bidder will have the opportunity to work on upgrades and ongoing maintenance.
