I wonder if you can develop a web platform with the following requirements:
The website (platform) should be developed to AUTOMATICALLY RUN and sell the Proof of Priority registration services by making the registrations on blockchain.
It will work as follows in the user's view:
1- The user makes the registration on the Site - click on the "Register" menu.
2- When accessing the platform (site) again, access through the login menu.
3- The user makes the purchase of credits via PayPal (or credit card) required for registration.
4- Then informs the data of the record holder, type of record, title and description.
5- The platform AUTOMATICALLY checks if the user has enough credits for the service.
6- Then it releases the user to continue the service request.
7- The user selects the digital file, uploads it to the platform and clicks finish request.
8- The platform AUTOMATICALLY generates the hash of the digital file.
7- Then, AUTOMATICALLY makes the registration in the Blockchain and the PLATFORM issues the Certificate of Priority to the user containing the relevant proof data.
