I have read your project description & what i get that "You want to make a custom csv upload page where you can upload specific CSV & that uploaded CSV data gets imported to your database & from there you can fetch that data to show onto your answer2question website. Am i right ? If that's the case i will do this for you within a day. Scope of work will be -> As you already have hosting for the website so i will create a password protected dashboard & a CSV uploader page where you can upload CSV. That uploaded CSV data will be imported to your database(if you want me to design it then i'll make it myself). After successful import of data i will implement the fetaching script as well where you will want.
