I am looking for someone who is very experience in programming excel spreadhseet. I am happy for someone to suggest me alternative if it can be done cheaper. As my business is small I need someone to programme a spreadheet to make it easier for us to do adminstration. Below is the description.
I am running a small tuition centre and need an excel sheet programmed to do basic administration task. I need spread sheet to be able to do the follow task:
I need sections to be restricted . such as staff detail, rota and accounting dashboard should not be accessed by everyone.
1. Registration Details of students and parents details
2. Staff details
3. Pupils attendance
4. New enquire sheet
5. Rota sheet
6. Accounting dash board
Sales and Payments
7. Monthly Fees
8. Main Dash Dashboard
9. End of the day figures
10. Expected students Monday to Sunday
Registration Details of students and parents details
When students registered they fill in an application form and we need to add their personal details on the spreadsheet. This also includes their parents details. Each student is linked to a parent and we do not want to duplicate the parent entry. Therefore we want this to be done in 3rd form of normalisation.
Also, each students has a package they are signed up to . Its different and I want to set this packages in spread sheet so it can be chosen from the list. Spreadsheet should also have an option if we manually want to set a package or price for a particular student.
Just basic staff details need to be saved so we can managed
Students are signed up to different packages. I want a excel dashboard where we can search for a student name when he or she come to the centre . Then it should show list of classes taking place on that day and staff should be able to assign student to one class or more. This should get logged automatically in a sheet for us to see attendance on daily basis.
New enquire sheet
When a new customer call or makes an enquiry in the centre we should be able to log in some of their details and classify that as a potential lead. Then we should be able to add status: assessment books, not interested, follow up or something similar. Also, we should be able to book an appointment for new query. This should also reflect on a calendar and dashboard .
We need a rota template set so we can assigned staff timings from Monday to Sunday. Then after rota section I need a section which will calculate their total hours for the week. Staff are paid on different rates for the total hours they work. So I need a column to select how many hours on rate 1 and how many hours on rate 2.
Sales and Payments: any payment taken on daily basis should be logged on this page. Meaning cash or card payment.
Monthly payment due
In this section we need to have a name of students and name of parents set. This should have a section which will atomically tell us the price of students as some students are charged weekly and some monthly. Then it should automatically calculate how much payment is due. Some pay by direct debit, some by cash. We should be able to set this.
On this sheet the name of parent needs to be taken from our direct debit sheet if the student is paying by direct debit. It make it easier to keep track of.
This should includes detail as:
Number of students enrolled
Overview off attendance: daily, weekly and monthly
New registrations this month
Outstanding payments/payments cancelled
End of the day figures:
Number of students attended, total new enquiries, payments made by card and cash, absence students
Expected students Monday to Sunday
have total number of students expected on each day , then we should be able to identify absence.

I can do the task for you in ms Excel however i would suggest ms acess as an alternative as it is more suited for the type of records that you want to maintain. I can do it in ms access as well.
