Changes we want made.
[login to view URL] artists will have the ability to create their own services with pricing and time estimate, similar to Acuity Scheduling. Right now, artists only have the ability to add services that we have inputted in for them. There is currently no way for them to add time estimate per service they provide. - Each service would have the ability to add a photo, a price, a duration, and a description. (see attachment of how Acuity scheduling work)
2. MOBILE OPTIMIZATION. right now our website looks HORRIBLE on mobile.
- For example the artist profiles are all showing up really badly on a mobile phone.
- Please look at all pages to see where you can adjust.
3. Allow clients and artist to manually change appointment details such as, appointment type, date, price, time, traveling location or travel price (this may require that the client is charged additional fees or be refunded if there is a difference in pricing)

4. Travel customization by distance (the artist can set a fee by distance and when the clients enter there address it should calculate travel cost by distance)
Enter price per mile (recommended .50 - .75cents/mile)
Note: you are able to review all appointments before review and adjust the travel cost charged if needed.
If the client selects to have the artist travel to them. They are promoted to enter their address. It will then calculate the miles between the artist default address and the address that the client has set in place.
Artist selects their travel fee per mile to be .50

Travel fee calculated would be (20 miles X.50) = $10 travel fee.
All the client needs to see if their own address which is the appointment location, and the final cost of the travel based on the cost set by the artist.
5. Ability for clients to add tip at checkout
Once the appointment Is completed. The client gets an email notification that says appointment was completed. In this email it reminds them to go leave a review and it gives them the link to go do so. Clients also gets a text message reminder to go leave a review for their artist once the appointment is completed. In these same places we would like to give the client the prompt and opportunity to leave a tip.
We also need the front page redesigned. Please see attachement. Part 1 is more crutical than part 2, ideally we could have both done.
