We are requiring to set up a synchronization process which pulls account data from our on-premise Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment and displays this information on our WordPress websites (Following the inherited formatted style of the site).
The information required to be pulled includes:
- Account Name
- Address (Street, City, State, and Postcode)
- Phone Number
This is a one-way sync, meaning we only need WordPress to read from the CRM database of accounts and not vice-versa. There will be many accounts in CRM (over 100), which will need to have their data pulled out and displayed on WordPress.
The data pull (sync) needs to occur as dynamically as possible, as the CRM account field data is subject to change. Overnight is a minimum requirement, but if we can have this data synchronized hourly or bi-hourly this would be great.
When the database has been synchronized, I should be able to choose which account information to publish on WordPress. The data shown on the websites should be able to be inserted freely on the site and the implementation entails some ease of use from the WordPress end.
E.g. I should be able to paste in simple code such as [AccountAddress=12] where I would anticipate the address field to be when I load the page as a visitor. This example should technically pull up the address for the account ID which equals 12.
We will of course provide you with the admin access required for this project, but could you please let me know if this is something you can achieve in the space of 8 - 10 weeks?
