we are looking to build out a wordpress website with blade theme integrating mailchimp with our contact form and a user area for customers that will allow them to login, see their account info, order history, see current invoices, approve artwork and pay invoices but must be thru paypal direct. Invoices must be able to be paid 50% first and then balance prior to shipping which users can do once we send an email from wordpress admin that will trigger an email to user so they can click on link and pay balance. The public portion of the blade website we do not need you to develop only help us if we need any assistance uploading images, etc. The main task is to integrate everything into our admin and our users admin. It's not a full e commerce store as we are not using shopify or woo commerce, so some custom coding will be required along with ,some coding to customize the user login area. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ here is theme: [login to view URL] ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ SEE ATTAHCED> MORE DETAILS ON USER AREA ( I'm attaching a capture of what our users area would look like. ) here is custom user admin where they can see their artwork and pay 50% deposit, if a plugin is required we will need you to recommend and we will get . WHAT WE DO Allow me to first explain we are a t shirt making company so they come to us to order uniform t shirts they order let's say 10 tshirts at 10 dollars, that's $100 we upload their artwork in onefile and their invoice in another file when they go to their account, they confirm their art, and pay their invoice 50% - I'll give you this example in a scenario: - you are the customer. you approach us to make 100 uniforms for your business. We say great, have you created a free acct online you say no? we say create your free account online we need name, name of business, address, logo, phone, email. once that's submitted they have a way to log in. That's where we as admin go into our admin acct, search for user (you) and upload your pdf artwork and pdf invoice back there. You receive an email alert once we save and upload. You then log into your account go to Curren Orders tab, and you will see your artwork where you will approve or request changes. if you approve, you click approve and there you will see the invoice lets say each shirt is $1.00 so that means total invoice is $100 and the customer will click on pay 50% deposit now and then paypal info will appear so they can pay via paypal. Once payment is successfull their amount due will remain in current orders tab. In thee we will have also other tabs such as order history, and a tab for previous artwork designs. All of which we as the admin will upload manually into admin so it appears in profile... that is how the user area is to work. HOW THE INVOICING WILL WORK: the function is simple we have an invoice we want to send a customer we upload it on wordpress admin let's see the total invoice is: $100 and customer has to only pay $50 and the balance remains in the MY ACCOUNT section until we go in and send an update to invoice which will send user an email a link to pay balance. All payments are thru PayPal and only paypal. we also will include their artwork and previous orders so they can approve prior to paying. We can send you an example of the client artwork and invoice. MAILCHIMP Only need you to customize our contact form where we will offer an optional free sample to our customer they need to fill out a form and that form will then transfer info to our mailchimp account. PAYPAL We do not use woo commerce or paypal as it will be impossible to have the features we are looking for with woo commerce or paypal, FINAL COMMENTS We are looking for someone experienced in wordpress that can build out our admin and user function, we will do web.
