This is for an insurance company that want something simple right now just to start but they are going to do a lot of upgrades later
Firs I’m going to used three names
1. Insurance Company 2. Dealer 3. Clients
Dealers are going to be selling insurance to clients = Any driver
The insurance company need a website to keep track of their insurance quotes and respond to them
Very important no accounting is need it for now due to the low budget to make this project
1. insurance company administrator needs to be able to create more administrators with security levels.
2. 2 Administrator need to create account for new dealers Name, Company Name, Address, Phone, Fax, Cell and every one of this account need to have a ID number to be able to identify by name company name or ID number.
3. Ones the account is create dealer need to full out a form that contains 5 steps between administrator and dealer, Administrator need a way to build form and admin panel and dealers to find this forms created by admin in their own dealers panel page.

5. The difference from this forms and the other script forms out there is that with the other forms you are able to get information from prospect but you are not able to respond to them in the same from or website this is to track from and respond to clients in the same form ID or serial number next is my example.
6. A Client or driver walks in to a Dealer to purchase an insurance, the owner of that dealer is going to login in to our website and access to their account with the account that administrator has create and email for them before in administration panel.
7. Dealer already login and click on the form that administrator has create to request a insurance quote, please note that this form can be long.
8. Dealer fill out the form with all the information from that particular client and sent it to the insurance company or admin, That form is going to be the (First level). (Remember that I say is going to be 5 levels)
9. Now when admin opens that form in admin panel he is going to be able to review the form and click to process that quote and sent it back to the dealer with the quote or price information for that particular insurance, (at this time the form is in the second level)
10. Now dealer receives the quote from admin with price and show it to client if client like the price he is going to accept the insurance, dealer clicks where says accept this quote and type in how much the client is going to pay and sent it back to administrator or to the insurance company both are the same
( and this is the 3RD Level)
11. Now administrator know that the clients accept and pay that form now he is going to bind the insurance and sent and attachment to dealer with a insurance card and contract in the same form so they can print it and give it to the client in the store or dealer. (This is 4TH Level)
12. Now the dealer is going to go to the bank and make a deposit for the insurance company this is the money that the client has just paid for the insurance, Dealer is going to mark that form already paid (This is the 5TH Level)
13. Now when the insurance check the bank and verify that the found where paid and clear the administrator or insurance company is going to mark that from or client as payment verified (This is the 6TH Level and Final)
14. Is very important that every step if this for has their own tab or page in another word every level to be organize in groups ones the form has been assign to another level that form need to jump to the other area or group that’s why I mention the different tabs all the form need to be able to go front and back example if for any reason the payment from that client is not cleared or de check return with no found they need to be able to return that form or quote one step back two or three but only from admin are now regarding deleting the forms dealer can deleted any from that has reach the last level and has been paid in another words that is 100% completed and paid but administrator or insurance company can deleted any from at any time on any level.
15. We need a reminders for form that are not been move for example setup a reminder for all the forms that have not move for more than 3 day or setup another one for forms that insurance has not receive any payment this reminders or alarms needs to be implement in both parties insurance company panel and dealer panel to help keep go control of clients and payments
16. Each level of the form need a button where they can print that particular level of the form and the final level to print all the form
17. Make sure that admin when is creating the forms is able to add attachment to that form because is going to be need it sometimes so they can see the form and click on any attachment if some was sent to them.
18. We need a message inboard future on each form or quote for example the one that we used when we are talking about specific projects like getafreecoder or scriptlance etc. they talk about that particular project and have the alert that shows them if they have a new comment or message
19. Admin need to know when admin login how many new quotes has received for example when you logging to check your email messages it tells you have a new email or 2 or 20 the new to have that but on quotes for example you have 10 new quote request or 10 requests. Finally we need a search future where we can find quotes or clients by Name, Last Name, Serial number, or Phone
Each client need to be horizontal in one line example below:

Only in the page that client paid in level 3 ,5 and 6 has to show how much the client paid = money the deposit
If you check this script it may be able to help you they can create account and Avery user can sent or submit unlimited forms and is able to respond to them but by email and we don’t want that, it has to be with the web base interface like I explain above .
