React Based Reporting System

I have a php / jquery application with added REACT components. I would like to add another REACT based component that provides an ability to build forms and reports from the information in a mysql database.

There may also be the need to build printing of a form from a php based webpage by pressing a print button in order to display it in a print ready format.

I'm looking for a resource with excellent knowledge of this type of work. It could be separate resources to implement the REACT component and the php print versions.

Please provide your hourly rate and your experience in working in this area. A sample from your portfolio would also be helpful.
