Hello Sir, This is my experience that if one infected file exists on your server then it will infect your server again and again. So I need to check each file and folder manually. Sir,I never use any software or any programming script or any scanner to find out malicious files or script on server. Because they can never give you 100% accuracy. But I will provide you 100% accuracy because I go through whole server manually and check each file and folder manually.
