Required redis and firebase developer

In our existing app we want to develop a scalable messaging queue system to handle and deliver firebase messages with logging. The system should be efficient to handle millions of messages. 1. Configure redis as messaging​ queue. 2. Use mongo db to log all transactions and communications with firebase. 3. Should smoothly handle undelivered messages 4. Build a dashboard to view logs and reports. 5. Provide api in php to populate queue and manage queue.
