Restore emails to subscribers on idealhoroscope.com

The following tasks apply to idealhoroscope.com. The site offers a free, personal horoscope based on the visitor's birth data. After subscribing, the site should deliver Daily Predictions to about 3300 subscribers, via AmazonSES. The predictions are supplied by [login to view URL], via API. The system was working up until Sunday 14 April. A previous contractor was investigating some issues, and broke the setup. So now it only delivers predictions to one person of the list. There are 2 parts to this section. 1. restore the delivery of daily predictions to ALL the list. 2. ensure that cron task is deleting all users whose emails generate 2 or more bounce messages. A bounce message includes subject lines such as: Delivery Status Notification (Failure) failure notice Undeliverable: …. pankaj (auto reply) Vacation Mail Re: Your daily prediction for Friday 22nd of March 2019 (Action Requested) Predictions are sent daily between 01;30 an 05:30 to subscribers on this list: [login to view URL] If their message gets bounced 2 or more times, then a script should delete them from that list and also from all other lists.
