Script to find niche directories automatically

I need a script that on typing a keyword or keyphrase will automatically search google,yahoo, msn and retrieve sites that have the option to "add" or "submit" a link. From all the results that the search engines return, it only needs to fetch those that have the highest chance of being a directory or a site that accepts submission.

The key terms to search for in the directories/site need to be configurable. The results of the urls need to be stored in a database and when future searches are made, it needs to ignore duplicates.
