I can easily change your automatic customer email coding so that it gets sent based on zipcode, zipcode area, multiple countries and German states. I have done similar sorting coding before many times in PHP. I will also make sure that your current forms are properly working and saving the zipcode etc data to the database as I will use the data from db itself to do the email coding. I will also do the other requirements that you mentioned. Pay only after work is done perfectly. You are right, this is about 10 hours of work and I will finish it in a couple of days.
