Configuration of a dedicated ServiceNow instance using standard out of the box platform functionality. The outcome will enable the orchestration, visibility and management of a team and their work load across Europe.
The platform will have 7 core functional areas aligned to the requirements. Each functional area will be supported by standardized reports. Certain functional areas will be accessible via a self-service portal.
The 7 core functional areas: Resources, Scheduling, Knowledge, Pipeline, Practice Development, Events and Training. Each functional area will have a one or multiple forms and basic supporting workflow.
The initial scope requires the basic set up for the full 7 areas, but just detailed configuration effort for resources, pipeline and practice development.
