Set up GIT-version control for 5 PHP website projects

Basic GIT project for someone who knows how to set up GIT on a Linux server (centos) with PHP (Magento) and can be available on Skype chat. Below tasks should be done. It is enough if the freelancer is available for technical assistance on e.g. Skype to solve them, then we can run the commands and ask if problems occurs. For someone who knows GIT probably more than 1-2 hours is not required. It is 5 websites, however, if everything works good on first website, we will just run the same commands and ask only if problems occur. Set up GIT version control for 5 websites (PHP Magento). (e.g. with correct setup gitignore file for Magento). Set up test + production site (on different centOS/linux server). Server already setup with all configurations needed (except git) (probably enough to make git clone after it is set up?). Show how to push changes to test site and then to production site (+ how to revert pushes).
