Show/Hide Variants In Shopify For Selected Options

I need someone to help me in creating a script or excel document for a Shopify Store that allows customers to select one variant and not have to select other options when that variant is selected. They also must be able to select a certain variant then have the ability to check other options. This is all on the one product listing.
