I need a simple helpdesk/ticket system built with phprunner which will be included in a larger project. Overall description.
1. Tickets can be created manually and assigned to a user / created from emails sent by users(assigned automaticly to their registered email address if it is the same/assigned manually if the email does not exist / not assigned at all if no user can be found into the database).
2. Users can attach documents (jpg, png, other extensions can be defined within the admin area). Admin can delete the attachments if needed.
3. Configurable ticket ID prefix + random 6 digits ID
4. Email piping of defined support account, replies are also sent through the same account.
5. Time of creation & replies recorded, as well as the user who replied to the ticket.
6. Configurable ticket status (admin can define ticket statuses).
