We need a site with the same lind of fuction as the one listed but instead of gining away ipods the customer will get a free website template.
On the front page they will choose a template design then they will register name and email, next page they will get to choose if they want hosting or not. If yes they are pushed to the sign up page if not they are given a download URL
Once registered they will be able to refer people to the site with every new registered user earning them a point. They will be able to exchange these for other templates depending on the amount they have.
We must be able to mail users with offers etc. This can be done using a standard newsletter system
We will be providing site layout etc so your job will be backend proggraming
