Small PHP/Laravel modification on Investment Script

I have an existing investment script (PHP/Laravel) with ROI settings. Currently, the system automatically generates a random ROI between a Min % and Max %. What I need: Add an input box in the admin panel to set a fixed ROI % (e.g., 12%). The system should use this exact ROI instead of generating a random percentage. Ability to update/change this value anytime from admin. Requirements: Strong knowledge of PHP/Laravel (or similar frameworks). Experience with investment or ROI-based scripts is a plus. Clean and well-documented code. Budget: 40$ – 80$ (fixed price) Deadline: within 2–3 days.
