SMOOTH PDF annotation software for active stylus using inking !

I need a software to annotate PDF's with my stylus.

It MUST use the Will TM universal ink from Wacom!

The pen strokes MUST be smooth !!

To get the job, you MUST write me a message, telling me the follwing aspects:

1. Which PDF libary will you use ?

2 .Can you include Will Universal Ink from wacom ?

3. Does your PDF libary include smooth handwriting ?
