Thank you for looking at our bid. If I understand correctly, we need to deliver mp4 videos and some kind of unit test based on videos. 1. Offline application - e.g. JavaFx (or QT) based or browser based (JS/Electron or Angular) application that can run on systems used by crew. 2. Maybe these application can update content (e.g. latest tutorial video) when online 3. Crewman can watch tutorials, attempt unit tests -maybe we need to discuss the features.
