SQL - API - CRON issue

I have an inhouse team of developers with expertise and experience in SQL, API, Cronjob etc. We have created and consumed a lot of APIs in Laravel/Codeigniter that involve data import/export. I have read the overview of your requirements. We can do the needful. Do you have access to the source of the API or you have a php script that runs through cron gets data from the API and stores in database? Can we have sample data that is being imported and the database format in which that is being stored? Above details will enable me to assess scope of work precisely.
