We are looking to bring on a development partner for the following project:
A full and flexible lead management tool. It must also have integrate customer management in it (CRM). This solution can be built from open-source versions of SugarCRM, vTiger, another open source solution, be custom built or be combination of open source and custom. The full details for this project will be provided to the winner. You will be creating/customizing and/or installing an admin interface, lead input source (web forms), lead management area for the lead provider as well as for the person who submits the lead. This tool must be flexible and should include the following functionality:
Customers – These would be those who are submitting leads.
Service Provider – These would be the people we are submitting proposals to provide services.
Admin – This would be staff who manage data, leads and customer service. They would for us.
For this project a customer will be submitting a lead through a form. They will have a management area and be able to see proposals and then select a providers. We will initially be offering services to lead provider (more details below) for free, but will then charge. The charges will be based on a flat monthly fee with add-ons for such things as allowing a website link. We also need to have the option of charging per lead. We will use authorize net for credit card processing so any authorize net AIM module should be included in the project.
For Customers Submitting Leads
Lead input form (2 different forms). The fields will be provided to winning bidder.
Account management area with ability to update personal information, see lead history, list of providers who have submitted proposals. They would be able to select a service provider and then be provided with more information such as contact information for the service provider.
For Lead Service Providers

Ability to setup and configure a profile with a photo and some information. We will eventually want to be able to offer different templates or layout options, including additional information if they have paid for the service (such as a link to their website).
Also need to have the option of buying leads on per lead basis.
Ability to create and manage autoresponder for lead type. For example we would want to set up an email on a schedule (once per week, twice per month, once per month, etc) to customer until they take a certain action. This action could include selecting a service provider.
Must be able to manage customers, leads, accounts (including leads, inputing credit cards in the admin, reports on number of leads, # of customers, # of lead providers).
We will also need to configure lead types so that we can match lead provider automatically so that if a service provider falls within a geographic area or service type they can automatically have information submitted as a proposal to the customer. They would then be able to submit a customized proposal. All of the contact information must of restricted from the view of the service provider and customers until the customer selects a provider.
