Telegram PHP Class

We need to write a class integrating with Telegram API to send up messages to our customers. The PHP Class should be easily uploaded into our web folder, define the path configuration, and then we can include the Class into our existing PHP code to trigger the Send Message using Telegram to our customers. We also need to check if the phone number has Telegram or not. Note: We do not want to use Telegram Bot API because Bot cannot initiate message to customers.
