My website is up and running and just needs a few tweaks to make it perfect. It's on an INDEXU Template. I want to add a field to the categories section to allow users to request a link exchange.
The following needs to happen.
User A Logs in and searches the directory. Finds a Website (user B) he would like to exchange with.
User A hits the button on User B's Link...request link exchange.
User B gets an email stating that he has a link request
User B logs in Click on "Current Link Request Jobs" and is taken to the request. User B Decides to accept or reject the exchange. He Accepts by hitting a button
User A gets an email stating that he has a link request job pending.
User A logs in, hits his "Current link request jobs" and is told he needs to place the link to User B's site on his own. (the system automatically generates the html code to do so in a box underneath. He's also asked to place the exact location of the link he's placed on his site. (our software needs to check the validity of the link) Once it does....
User B gets an email stating that user A has placed their link and User B must do the same.
User B logs in, hits his "pending link jobs button" Is given User A's html link code, he copies and pastes to his site. He pastes in the exact url of his link. Our software checks it and sends both users a completed exchange.
Both Users can now see what links they have in a different page of their account section. Both users can check for reciprocal links.
I have another site which has this already working on it. If you want to see the example I will send you the url to the second site so you can see it in action.
My need is to have this placed on my INDEXU driven website.
