I would need to add profiles to the database (in alphabetical order) as they are created for use on other projects where they may be needed. We will also be able to extract profiles when needed for current projects. e.g. when we work on a project and need profiles for our deliverables, we would first check the database to see if the profile exists. if not, the profile would be created and added to the database. If the profile exists in the database, then we would need to be able to extract the information for that profile right into the documents that we need it in. We would be constantly adding new profiles as they are being created and extracting or selecting profiles or even just fields within profiles that we need to incorporate into deliverables. Please find attached the Excel with a few examples of our profiles added. We will need a superadmin user that could add new users that can use the tool
