Transporter (Carrier or dispatcher) get the notification to pick up a new load and different-2 transporter share the price quotation with the shippers. 3. After accepting the quotation carrier side, shipper accepts the offers. 4. Transporter receives the notification, your quote is accepted then transporter send the notification details to all the drivers. 5. Drivers accept the notification if the load is nearby the drop off point and nearby his location and route. 6. After accepting load by driver side, shipper received the message, view driver details and also track their loads. 7. Driver pickup the loads and delivered on delivery location, after successfully delivered the load driver sign the job and got the invoice and order details. 8. Hi, I've got a logistics software already developed, but its a Windows application for a transporter / logistics firm. The software tracks orders, and payments, and generates printable invoices. It works on a single site, with multiple users ie. on multiple computers that share the same database, and runs on a LAN (local area network), common in most sites.
