This task requires to build a trip planner engine to integrate automatically movements, lodges and activities on a travel trip plan, automatically generated and/or reconfigurable by users who want to visit a some specific region using a website. This project is part of the complete project here described (https://www.freelancer.com/projects/Graphic-Design/Costruire-website/#/details). The engine to develop needs the integration of information from a database and from web through APIs available and chosen ([login to view URL], trivago, [login to view URL], [login to view URL], google flights, google maps, [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], blablacar, and others available and useful, up to 25). The system should manage all time tables and information from a database and integrate web available APIs to provide an efficient method to plan a trip, considering also public means of transportation, or private shuttle service or taxi, common lodge utilization, activities, all according to a common travel plan of one or more people. The engine should also calculate the total cost of the booking service, of the specific services or the entire holiday plan. This data should be got from the database and from API integrations. The developed engine should be integrated completely with the other parts of the entire project (https://www.freelancer.com/projects/Graphic-Design/Costruire-website/#/details) The work is considered complete when all other parts from other freelencers work greatly together, so it is your responsibility to put all together and make the website available to the public on the hosting provider, chosen from the employer. 15 days of testing time is mandatory before the release of the milestone. All the engine should be integrated with the database, also in the part of communication of booking, information and all is needed to be interfaced with the local providers of services. The search engine should be separate from the APIs of other web providers. It should have a series of functions where each component of the complete project should access to or interact (database, future apps, APIs, etc...). The integration of APIs is considered modular, where each of them can be removed or disabled, and all instructions for the integration of a new one should be provided. The fastness of the algorithm should be seriously evaluated, so that of the combination of all other packages. Who develops this task should care of the fastness of the entire website. The final result should be similar to other smart travelling trip planners available on web, according to a discussion with the employer. Freelancer should provide all source codes and release of the all working app. Also a documentation is necessary. All work should be easily readable from anyone, for example to add some new features in the future. All solutions should be discussed with the employer before to be completely decided. Even if great and advanced solutions are welcome, the employer has the last decision. Since this work is considered a team work, as freelancer you should be available for videomeetings with the employer and other freelancers. In this case the respect of time of appointments is mandatory. Anyway any chat communication should be answered in maximum three days. Exchanges of data or files should be done using repository systems like [login to view URL] or [login to view URL], all provided by the employer. The language for the entire project is considered English. That language will be used also for the documentation. There is no a strict deadline, but on the 10th of October 2016, a good proof of the entire project should be ready, but it can depends also from all the freelancers. If some parts of the entire project, out of your task, are not well done or not conform to the entire project specifications, you should inform the employer in time, before problems occur after the publication. In that case it is your task to do the correct modifications.
