Twitter analytics

I need someone to build me an application that will let me analyze specific twitter accounts. I.e. I enter some twitter accounts (A), the application pulls the twitter followers and do some analytics on who they are. (Country, descriptions and who else they follow) The application should allow me to pre-enter a large number of twitter accounts (B)- to compare with. Anyone who follows any of the pre-entered accounts are flagged and the followed account is marked. The result should be that I get a spreadsheet with all the information about who follows the twitter account (A) and who they follow (would be great if this could be categorized in some way).. On another tab in the spreadsheet, I would like to know how many people who followed the entered twitter accounts (A) also follow the pre-entered twitter accounts (B).. This should be listed with # of followers of each of the pre-entered (B) accounts.
